Recommendation: The KanREN Board of Directors authorize expenditure

of up to $1,000,000 for an all-inclusive, 10 year fiber lease with an optional

extension for an additional 10 years at $1,000,000 for 1 pair of fiber optic

cables proven acceptable to KanREN technical requirements, from 1102

Grand, through ESU, terminating at WSU, with a no-cost option to include

JCCC before acceptance of the initial term.
